Built Around a Narrow Profile

Boning knives are thinner and more tapered than a chef knife, so the sheath opening has to match or you get wobble. TG01 is shaped for blades in the 15-16 cm range, with a narrow channel that follows the typical boning profile from heel to tip. The internal magnets grip the spine firmly, which matters on a narrow blade where there's less surface to seat against. It doesn't need a pin to stay shut.
